We strongly encourage you to register your e-bike with BESV. By doing so, you ensure that you receive the best possible service, support, and protection for your investment.
Furthermore, registering your e-bike guarantees that you are covered by our BESV Extended Warranty Program. This program extends the usual warranty period from two to THREE years for batteries in SHIMANO system bikes, and from two to FIVE years for the frame (for both SHIMANO and BOSCH models).
